Abuse, captured and killed. Animals who use to thrive in the wild are taken and put as pets, for show, traded, killed or for food. There are so many endangered animals all around the world like tigers, rhinos, leopards, whales and there are more and more of them on the list. Humans are the killer of these beautiful animals. Also animals are abused and hurt for ‘Not doing the right thing’. Who says what is right and what is wrong? One of the examples of an animal(pet) ‘doing something wrong’.
The street was dust with trash floating along the roads. Not really surprising, it was China. The only thing that stood out on the barren street was a dog. Tied to a pillar. The rope tied tightly around its neck almost choking the poor animal. Trying to break free from the rope. He yelps in pain as the rope tightens as he tries to jump back. He twists his head struggling to break free, he turns his head and chops down hard on the rope. The rope snaps, his neck is free. Out of breath, in pain the dog lays down on the hard pavement. An old chinese short woman burges out of the little house, yelling at the dog for all the noise it just made. The dog jumps up knowing what comes next, he attempts to avoid the punishment that is to come, but it is too late. A hard kick comes tumbling down to his side. Being flung at least a foot in the air that dog lands on his side. Winded, hurt and tired the dog stays put, scared to move. The woman walks back into the house not even checking if the dog was ok.
We should stop this abuse, pain, suffering. As a community we should strive to have a better and safer environment, not just for humans, but animal too.

ReplyDeleteI agree with what you wrote. Animals are going to go extinct because of poachers. You are right about TV shows. I have watched so many and they are sad.

ReplyDeleteBeing the animal lovers that we are, my friend and I think that animals should be treated with respect. A person who loves their pets and cares for all animals is a real human being. Others who abuse animals should not get to own any pets if they won't care for them.
I personally think that this blog is really interesting by the fact that you talked about relly interesting things. I think that animals should be treated with respect. Hello I agree that animals are the most underapreciated and the most tortured beings. Every year thousands of dogs get beat up to death in China just for fun or for "traditions". I believe people should take animals for granted and apreciate their job in the ecosystem as well as our lifes. If we continue killing without thinking first, our children may not get to apreciate the beauty of the animal Kingdom. I have seen how thousand of dolphins get slaughtered every year in less educated areas of the World, and that is our problem. We have to stop this or the World as we know it may be gone. ReplyDeleteHI Kiana I find your article really interesting I knew some cruel things that in other countries they do to animals, but I didn't knew that in China they take their fur even when they are still alive. I think that animals should have their own rights and people who are being disrespectful of their rights to be punished because its not fair because of just can't talk that the persons can be rude to you.

Hi Kiana. I think what you are telling us in this article is true animals are really being abused. The Shark Fins is true the other day a say a documental about this with my family I didn't finish it I could not watch such a horrible thing. I have a dog she is a Shit-Tzu she is like 10 years old and she dosen't go up the stairs. I have to pick her up every day and carry her while I go up. Sometimes I wonder what would happen to her if she was with another family that didn't want to carry her. I live in Mexico and sometimes while I'm in my car I see something in the floor normally it's a dead dog that tries to cross the street. I feel sorry for those dogs.

Hi Kiana. I think your article is interesting and it is true. I have 3 dogs. Before I had 5 dogs 2 of them were kidnaped probably killed. I still miss them. This is a big problem in Mexico and in the WORLD. I when I was little I used to go to this restaurant and I loved it. But I didn't know what was it made from. IT WAS MADE FROM SHARK.I had totally no idea. When my family found out what was it made of and what the people did to the shark we stopped going to that restaurant. My uncle loves to kill the animals but we always eat them and he goes hunting like once a year.
